Crabapple jelly is great cos you just wash em and Crabapple jelly is great cos you just wash em and lob them in the pot to stew down. Stalks, cores etc all in. Don't even need to chop them. Then strain off the juice, boil w sugar (however much you can be bothered to put in) and done. The OG nature lazy larder filler. This was about 10% of what was on the woodland floor - so plenty left for other foragers & wild lives
