The incredible mountain filmmaker Terry Abraham asked me to be involved with the third of his Mountain Trilogy films, exploring the life of three of the Lake District’s great summits.
In this final part of the trilogy, we meet Helvellyn and the people and creatures who call her home. I explore the hidden human histories of this mighty landscape, and meet Eddie, one of the last miners who gave years of his life to the Greenside Mines near Glenridding. You’ll never look at the valley in the same way again…
